As the COVID-19 Global Pandemic continues, IAM is both cautiously optimistic and prepared to manage our Annual Meeting and Expo with the health, safety, and well-being of our members as our top priority.

We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions during our planning phases. IAM will closely follow guidelines and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as from state and local officials when establishing health and safety requirements the Annual Meeting and Expo.

A medical room will be available for all attendees if you are feeling unwell or have any medical concerns.

Contactless badge stations will be available.

We reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time given the rapidly changing nature of the current global pandemic.

Masks are recommended, but not required for the Annual Meeting and Expo. Please check back here periodically for any updates and changes. We expect all our attendees to consider the health and well-being of fellow attendees and adhere to this policy.

While many venues are not currently requiring physical distancing, IAM will provide physically distant seating and event space set-up to allow individuals who wish to physically distance while in sessions to do so comfortably.
